Payment for Program
You agree to make timely and full payments to the Company for the Program (regardless of whether you selected to pay for the Program in full or with a payment plan).
You authorize Company to automatically charge the credit card on file for any and all Program balances owed and you agree to keep this information current and up-to-date with the Company. If any payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Company may revoke your access to the Program.
Our refund policies vary by Program, Product, or Service. Please refer to the specific website for the refund policy. Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency. If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
You also understand that you are responsible for any missed or failed payments due to cancelled, changed, or altered payment information that you do not provide to us. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.
You agree to accept the Company’s decision regarding your eligibility for a refund as final. If your request for a refund is declined, you agree not to dispute this decision and you agree to make timely and full payments to the Company for any remaining balances owed for the Program (regardless of whether you selected to pay for the Program in full or with a payment plan).
You represent and warrant that when making purchases from the Owner that any credit card or payment information you give us is accurate and complete; and, any charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution or credit card company; and, you will pay the charges incurred by you, including any and all taxes; and, if your payment method is not honored for any reason, you will still pay any incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the failed payment.
When you join Rapid Results Blueprint, you will pay upfront for the first month in full. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password).
You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Programs, Products or Services at any time by sending an email to email@example.com
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an email to the email address you provided upon purchase of the Program, Product or Service.
In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.
